The Festival On bouge, On danse Sphéria is a unifying, participatory, relaxed, fun, educational and convivial event.  Animated activities, introductory classes to different styles of dance (disco, line dancing, hip hop, rock n roll, salsa, a square set), DJ’s live, cardio activities, hula hoop, the famous pickleball, martial arts, exhibitors, funky dances, foodtrucks, a bar, health conferences, hiking in the forest, Silent disco and DanceClub in the forest.

From 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., at the Bois de Belle-Rivière regional educational park.
