The Constantin family… a beautiful family story since 1941!

Our local shop, under the label Les Produits d’Antan, offers a complete range of frozen homecooked meals, ready-to-eat.

Since the fourth generation always have at heart to satisfy its customers, they expanded the store to offer a wider range of products.

More than 200 products to discover: jam, various marinades, soups, salad dressings, meat pies, turkey, meatballs, desserts, maple products and much more.

In this summer season, a fine selection of meats, fishes and specialties for summer BBQs is available in store.

Many ready-to-go boxes varying for the seasons have been created to satisfy the palate of everyone; sugar shack meals, traditional holiday meals, Mother’s Day brunch and more new things to come!

Store open all year-round, 7 days a week, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., we are waiting for you!

Microbrewery Route 8: novelty!!!

The Constantin Sugar shack realized a brand-new project: The Route 8 Microbrewery!

Offering 5 artisanal crafted beers brewed on site, the « Saison érable » beer will be in the spotlight this sugar season.

All our beers are on sale at our shop. You can otherwise add them to our ready-to-go boxes to live the full Constantin experience.
