In the park you can simply go for a stroll or come to fish, camp, bike or canoe. New this year! A double challenge course. Come try it out by yourself or against an opponent.

The water playground, low ropes course, rallies, trail of wooden sculptures and interpretation panels, make it a perfect place to come with the family.

The rich natural and cultural heritage of the park makes it an exceptional site to practice many activities in all seasons. The interpretation panels will guide you through the trail of wooden sculptures, Wilson Falls and the remains of the old pulperie. Biking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing and walking on the snow are only a few of the many activities available in the park.

Entrance fees : Day fees for the residents of Rivière-du-Nord RCM* : $5 ; non residents : $10

Free for children from 0 to 5 years old. Children from 6 to 17 years old, residents of the Rivière-du-Nord RCM* : $2 ; non residents : $5

* Saint-Jérôme, Sainte-Sophie, Saint-Hippolyte, Prévost and Saint-Colomban

    Torchlight Evening at Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord
    January 25, 2020 to February 22, 2020

    January 25 and February 22 2020.

    The usual programming will still satisfy visitors. Warming cardio, tales, mini farm and singers.

    Walk or snowshoe by the light of flaming torches. Animation, hot chocolate, soup and cookies will be served, not to mention the campfires and illuminated falls "chutes Wilson".

    Pêche en herbe at Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord
    June 8, 2019

    As part of the Fête de la Pêche organized by the Ministère des Forêts, de la Faune et des Parcs du Québec, there will be an activity « Pêche en herbe » for children on June 8, at Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord.

    Children aged between 6 to 17 years old will participate to the activity and learn about fishing regulations, biology, knot method and a period of practice. All the equipment is provided.

    The activity is free, only access to the park is applicable.

    Kwei Kwei - Aboriginal celebration at Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord

    Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord

    KWEI KWEI is a day dedicated to aboriginal culture, with songs, dance and traditionnal music. It's also a great opportunity to learn more on native art. Several artisans will be there to exhibit their creations.

    Workshops, stories and legends, and more, will allow visitors to enjoy a wonderful experience. Don't miss the great musicians and dancers gathering, who will perform throughout the day on the Île des Frères.

    Fishing Fest
    June 1, 2019

    The Parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord invites all fishing lovers to its 3rd edition of the Fishing Fest, presented by Canadian Tire Saint-Jérôme in collaboration with the Fondation de l'eau rivière du Nord.

    Fly fishing will be allowed and the organizers will encourage the fishers to catch and release.

    $1000 in prizes to be won!

    The activity will take place rain or shine. For complete schedule, visit the website.
