Par Monts et Vals | Hiking

Par Monts and Vals is a trail linking the villages of Ivry-sur-le-Lac, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Lantier, Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, Val-des-Lacs, Val-David and Val-Morin.

Walking along the Par Monts et Vals trail, you will discover mountain peaks, marshes, century-old trees, lakes, beaver dams, rock formations and a multitude of natural sites. Also take advantage of your presence in the villages crossed by the trail to discover our cultural attractions.

Schedule: accessible at all times in daylight, except for certain sections during hunting season in the fall (see News and Alerts on our Website and Facebook page).
