

A stop at Fromagiers de la Table Ronde is a unique opportunity to taste local cheeses such as Le Rassembleu, Le Fou du Roy, Le Ménestrel and some others. They are made from organic milk from the herd of the family farm. You can also watch the cheese making process.

Family-owned cheese house operated by two generations of the Alary family.The farmstead cheesehouse produces raw cow’s milk cheese, including Rassembleu, firm blue-veined cheese, Fou du Roy, a semi-firm cheese with washed rind, and an aged cheddar.
