
The Jardin de Francois is one of the most beautiful private gardens in Québec and the only one of this size 45 minutes from Montréal. This magnificent estate of more than 7 acres, bordered by the Simon River, in Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians is open to the public for the benefit of the Alzheimer's Society.
As always, François is busy amazing us with a new section in development! Come discover or rediscover the splendid flowery paths which will amaze you with 1000 roses of different varieties and its 7000 other perennials. You will appreciate the numerous monochrome flowerbeds of peonies, astilbes, hydrangeas, lilies, azaleas and many other species. Let yourself be surprised by the superb views of the surrounding nature; the detours of the river, the falls of the streams, the sumptuous fruit trees, the imposing bicentenary pines and the gentle mountain in the background. François' many creations, including the much-loved Pont de l'Amour and the famous Treehouse, are sure to charm you. And let's not forget the majestic bronze and driftwood sculptures which wonderfully complement the different paths that you will enjoy exploring.
