The Jingle Bell Jog will warm your heart and soul and give your holiday spirit a boost. A family friendly event, this 2.5K course has no entrance fee – other than two canned goods per person that will be donated to Maison de la Famille du Nord for holiday baskets to be distributed to families in need during the holiday season. Bring your kids, your neighbors, your in-laws and the Elf on the Shelf, everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. You can walk it, run it or jog it, just come out and do it.

Organized by the team at RobFit and hosted by the good folks at Domaine Saint-Bernard, the Jingle Bell Jog begins at 1 pm. The 2.5K event will be broken in 500 meter segments with a mini-holiday sweat station at each half-kilometer mark. Participants will get in some Joyeux Noel Jumping Jacks, Snowman Squats, Merry Christmas Mountain Climbers, and Frosty the Snowman Front Lunges as they travel the 2.5 K course.

After the fun and frolicking outdoors, we end at Sebastien Houle’s Bistro Saint Bernard, warm our toes by the fire and enjoy an afternoon of delicious treats compliments of our local RobFit supporters. sEb L'artisan culinaire is providing warm drinks and muffins and OCafé will be serving up some sweet holiday treats.

There is no better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than with family and friends, get in some exercise outside, and do something good for a community member in need. Wear your most festive jingle bells and let's ring in the season in style.
