One-of-a-kind artisan butcher-deli employing an old-time, glazed-brick smokehouse, restored in the old smokehouse tradition. More than one hundred charcuterie products including sausages made from poultry, beef and veal, pork and game meats. You can also bring in carcasses from the hunt to be transformed.
Schedule: open from Tuesday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed Sunday and Monday.
