This exhibition, devoted to the legendary Antoine Labelle, marks the beginning of the Route des Belles-Histoires in the Laurentians. Located in Saint-Jérôme Cathedral, you will discover the fascinating story of this Saint-Jérôme clergyman, who did so much for the development of his city and the region as a whole. Entitled “Le Roi du Nord,” the exhibition, set up thanks to the work of the Rivière-du-Nord Local History Society, lets you view various artifacts associated with the life of this formidable personage who left his mark not only on the history of the Laurentians, but also on that of Québec and indeed Canada. Open: freely accessible year-round. Cathédrale de Saint-Jérôme: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday 7:30 a.m to 12 noon. Saturday and Sunday during Mass. Use the entrance on Parent St.
