Tourisme Laurentides invites you to sign up for a three-part program designed to help tourism businesses grow in the face of current and future market challenges. The program begins the week of January 26. Specific dates will be communicated directly with companies participating in the Winter 2026 cohort.

Main objective
The NEXUS Laurentides program aims to support Laurentian tourism businesses in their 4-season development, adapting to current and future market requirements through innovation, structuring and enhancement of their offering.

1. Self-diagnosis:

  • Objective: Understand your current business model in order to clearly identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Format: Completion of a self-diagnostic composed of a series of questions covering several themes illustrating the portrait of your company.
  • Start: Week of January 26

2. Awareness-raising webinars:

 

  • Objective: Offer a structured exchange of information, expertise and essential best practices, to boost your competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Format: Series of 4 large-group webinars (1 per week). Experts will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
  • Start: Week of March 9

3. Specialized training:

  • Objective: Strengthen the performance of existing processes, identify sustainable solutions to challenges specific to your business sector, and draw up a concrete action plan for implementation during the year.
  • Format: Series of 4 webinars (1 per week) in sub-groups, adapted to different business sectors and led by industry experts, based on the results of the self-diagnostics in the first phase. The aim of this stage is to develop an action plan that addresses a priority weakness requiring improvement.
  • Start: Week of May 4

4. Mentoring:

  • Objective: Make the most of your company's potential by providing targeted answers to your needs.
  • Format: 5 hours of one-to-one mentoring with tourism experts, to be used at any time during the program.
