Summer

Birds are singing, wild grasses starting to wave,
and gentle breezes brush across the lake.

The sun is just rising over the Laurentians and already it’s a fine warm day. In fact, it’s going to be another magnificent day. The only thing left to do is see which activity gets the short straw! This morning it might be golf or cycling, with a picnic on the beach at lunchtime, followed by a lazy afternoon swim. Later on, perhaps a tour around the galleries before going to find a terrace from which to enjoy another gorgeous sunset, glass in hand.

That’s summer in the Laurentians, and much more….
Next day, it’s off into the mountains, far from the madding crowd, for an instructive day out among the native flora and fauna. When evening comes, let’s sit awhile by the fireside and hum or strum a few tunes both new and old, and garner a new store of memories for future days. In a water park with twisting, thrilling descents or in front of a stage show, emotions run high.

That’s summer in the Laurentians: an unrivalled variety of activities to dream about. For relaxation, sport, culture and nature itself, or any other way you might like to enjoy summer at its best, it’s the destination par excellence.
