The Société d’Histoire de la Rivière-du-Nord invites you to travel back in time. Come and discover some of the history hidden away at Saint-Jérôme Cemetery. Thanks to the initiative of Curé Antoine Labelle, a new burial ground was inaugurated in 1886, just outside city limits. Saint-Jérôme Cemetery is a place of contemplation for families from surrounding communities, as well as a heritage and tourist site.
A brand new heritage circuit is available so visitors can locate the most important sites in Saint-Jérôme Cemetery, using a mobile app or a brochure .
To obtain the mobile app here.
You can obtain the brochure from the columbarium during cemetery opening hours.
